This Spiced Chickpea & Sweet Potato Stew is the perfect end to a day — hearty, full of flavor, and completely satisfying. Ingredients:
• 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
• 1 cup lentils, rinsed
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 sweet potato, peeled and diced
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 2 cups vegetable broth
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, sauté chickpeas and sweet potatoes for 5 minutes.
2. Add lentils, tomatoes, spices, and vegetable broth.
3. Simmer for 25–30 minutes until lentils and sweet potatoes are tender.
4. Season to taste and serve warm, enjoying the comfort of a home-cooked hug in a bowl.
