TICKET POLICY & SEATING INFORMATION
All ticket sales for Out of Africa are general admission by section. While you select the section (Standard, Premium, or VIP) at checkout, seating within your section is not assigned and is first-come, first-served.
To ensure smooth entry and the best seat selection, guests must RSVP at least 24 hours in advance for the specific showtime they plan to attend. Walk-ups may be denied entry if the show is at capacity.
Doors open 45 minutes before showtime. Early arrival is strongly encouraged to secure your preferred seat within your section and enjoy refreshments.
Our gift shop and café will be open before each show, offering:
- Harlem’s own Mais Soufflé gourmet popcorn
- Assorted beverages
- Specialty candies and souvenirs
HARLEM NIGHTS
For guests attending during the first three nights of the show, your ticket includes access to our Harlem Nights food and culture experience — a celebration of Harlem’s culinary and artistic legacy.
Each Harlem Nights ticket includes:
- (3) food samples from (6) participating vendors
- Live music and cultural pop-ups before and after the show
- An unforgettable kickoff experience — only available opening weekend
