Artist Bio

Jarvus Ricardo Hester is a versatile and accomplished musician whose deep roots in gospel and contemporary worship music have profoundly shaped his artistic journey. Raised in a musical family, Jarvus began playing piano at a young age, accompanying his father’s church services and developing a rich foundation in soulful, heartfelt music.

A classically trained opera singer, Jarvus refined his vocal technique and stage presence through rigorous study and performance. His classical background has given him a strong technical mastery and a keen musical sensibility that informs every note he plays and sings. Throughout his career, Jarvus has collaborated with a distinguished roster of artists, including Christopher Brinson, Martha Munizzi, Dwayne Woods, Dave Hollister, Clint Brown, and Kevin Bond, earning respect across gospel, contemporary, and urban music scenes.

In recent years, Jarvus has expanded his musical horizons by embracing jazz piano, fusing his classical precision and gospel passion with the improvisational freedom and rich harmonies of jazz. This evolution highlights his ability to seamlessly blend genres and connect with diverse audiences through expressive and innovative performances.
